Rutger C. Bregman (1988) er en nederlandsk historiker og forfatter. Bregman tok sin bachelorgrad i historie ved Universitetet i Utrecht i 2009. Mastergraden i historie tok Bregman i 2012, dels i Utrecht og dels ved University of California, Los Angeles
